The Client

The client is a well known ‘Mutual Finance’ company in Chennai, who serves automobile industries and various other segments.

The Challenge

The company had a manual process for maintaining statements that contained details of brokerage paid and service tax deducted for the financial year.

The Solution

A Microsoft Technology based solution with its Web Frontend in ASP.Net and Database Layer consisting of SQL Server 2000 was developed.

Salient features:

• A web interface was used to help in the maintenance of Broker Master, Vendor Master and Bank Master modules.
• The Entry module contained monthly payment and tax deduction details.
• The Report module contained reports of - Payment type of a particular vendor and Payment type of all vendors.
• The Report module facilitates different types of report generation in PDF and Excel formats.
• This software had additional features which is used to import bulk data from excel to the database.

Verilog executed the design, development and testing of the entire system within their budget and timeframe. Our solution proved useful to the client by generating reports in a quick, efficient and effective manner.
